Early Childhood Director
Nicole Stokes
Nicole L. Stokes brings over 25 years of experience in elementary and early childhood education. She earned her Master's in Early Childhood Education from Northern Arizona University and later pursued an M.A. in Educational Leadership. Throughout her career, Nicole has held many high-level positions and certificates, including Early Childhood Director, Lower School Dean, NYS Teaching Certification, AZ Teaching Certification, Bullying Prevention Committee Chair, Dance & Pom Coach, Events Coordinator, Private Tutor, and Enrichment Coordinator.

Hayden Smith
Before coming to TKA, Hayden worked at Shaare Torah Early Childhood Center in Gaithersburg, She wore many hats as a dedicated paraeducator, a co-leader of the aftercare program, and a “floating” preschool teacher who brought her creative energy to different classrooms. Before her time at Shaare Torah, Hayden interned at LINQ Services in Baltimore, Maryland, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This rapidly growing company in the telecommunications industry gave Hayden valuable experience in organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
