Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide a safe and enriching environment for children in our program.

• Engage children in meaningful, nurturing interactions throughout the day.

• Work closely with the Director and ECC staff to make sure all policies and procedures are being followed.

• Ensure close and professional communication with parents throughout the day as needed.

• Flexible and willing to be trained in multiple rooms to support the curriculum needs of the children in the program.

Qualifications & License/Certification:

• Experience with children & a minimum of AA in ECE

• Classroom experience is required

• Must be able to lift at least 30lbs

• CPR Certification and First Aid Certification (Required)

• Fingerprint Clearance Card (Required)

• All employees of Temple Kol Ami must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and have an up-to-date tuberculosis test.
